I think Huk really had a chance to get into the top 4 this MLG and have his "comeback" moment in Starcraft 2. I think he knew it, too.

FML, doesn't matter how you slice it, the entire MLG weekend JD or Bomber didn't get a single game on stream. ![]()

The only good ones I remember were the last 2 from 2013 and that 1-3 times they had 4 streams.

100% Agreed screw anyone who tries to defend MLG on this. This Bo3 alone could generate more viewership than they probably have had so far

Let's be honest guys, Starcraft 2 is like MLG's last priority for games at the moment. Lets not forget they completely cancelled us and recently brought us back? I'm surprised they even have 2 streams and an open bracket. I doubt we'll ever see the community casters again.

how would sc2 casters fill downtime without previous series games to pointlessly reference ad nauseam

I guess you're being sarcastic, but it's because of time restraints.

The smash stream is a lot more enjoyable because the best players are already in the pools and they're only showing pools matches for both games, where as in the sc2 open bracket there are a ton of players we want to see. This is the shitty side effect of having most of the qualifiers for pool play be NA only.
