he doesn't, but major and scarlett shouldn't get money either, that's the problem.

I hope RB considers changing the format because what we have now basically amounts to playground bullying. There should never be a format where 2 players can play 1 Bo1 each and LOSE to someone who goes 3-3 in matches while they win money and the guy who played all day gets nothing. It's just mindboggling. Ya, after seeing how it ended today I'm not a fan of this format. If there was someway to prevent a player from just getting brutalized down on the first day then it would be cool but this is just kind of lame
Also tells you something about the quality of the MajOr and Polt as entertainers and sportsmen...

Format is awesome for storylines.
The way money is paid out is horrible tho.
Scarlett and Major end up with money for their amazing performance of losing a single bo3. While Puck gets absolutely nothing for going 3 : 3. That really sucks

HUGE props to puCK!!! He played absolutely on fire today, and he gave us an amazing day of games! The most annoying thing about this format was me trying to get the thread in order!! We'll see you all tomorrow at same time!

The problem is that people who performed worse are getting money and he isn't. You can hardly call it "sympathy money" here.
Puck has an amazing attitude though. It's great to see him look past his knock-out and keep a good mindset for MLG.

they should probably just blind pick beforehand and rank the other players 1-5 in case their pick is already dead when the match comes up. that would be a better way to do it. but overall it's a cool idea and it turned out fine

Yeah, they can definitely add more depth to it factoring the wins of puck, and the losses of scarlett and major.

No Day9, you follow the other caster @LiquidRet.

Why not make it so a player cannot be picked more than 3 times in a single day.
|
Dunno I find this format rly interesting. Will definitely keep watching tomorrow.

Congratulations Puck. I think he is officially a top tier foreigner. I still think Scarlett & Huk are a LITTLE better. Specifically, I think they are mechanically more advanced than him. However, he's definitely in the group with them. Like if Scarlett is Lebron James, and Huk is Kevin Durant, Puck is Carmello Anthony. XD.

If you all feel strongly about it, tweet at whatever the twitter was since that will probably have the biggest effect on their minds.

well if its liek that then a player will never be eliminated just by winning on bo3, can just lose the other 2. I think losers can't be picked for 2 consecutive games is better

That's actually a nice change. It would still retain the spirit of the format w/o diminishing too much hype. In retrospect, I wonder what picking Major over Violet would have done for Puck's chances given how dominate he looked in that PvT. Starting -1 life doomed him.
