Hmm. I think there should be monetary prizes for each series, with a bonus if the challenged wins. Otherwise you'll get situations where one player gets picked on and gets no reward, like this.

Haha what a joke. I hope RB considers changing the format because what we have now basically amounts to playground bullying. There should never be a format where 2 players can play 1 Bo3 each and LOSE to someone who goes 3-3 in matches while they win money and the guy who played all day gets nothing. It's just mindboggling. Props to Puck for handling it well though. It feels like there was some buddy-buddy stuff going on today and I'm surprised he's not pissed (or if he is he's hiding it well).

is a bad rule, the $3k should be split among the players with the most remaining lives.

It was a BO3. And the reason they did this was to try something different and create a story line. It's not like there are 16 players. It's 6.

at the end of the day puck went 3-3 in matches against slightly better players, not sure i agree that he deserves sympathy money. nice tenacity out of him though, was fun to watch

Ya, after seeing how it ended today I'm not a fan of this format. If there was someway to prevent a player from just getting brutalized down on the first day then it would be cool but this is just kind of lame
