Earlier voids? Maybe someone who plays P or Z can tell me. Lost too many Phoenixes and had to replace them, then he lost time and resources which could have been used towards Void Rays for the Corruptors.

I was really surprised by Jjakji's results. Falling in the Ro32 is really really disappointing for him, considering how much hype everyone gave him.

Earlier voids? Maybe someone who plays P or Z can tell me. at one point you will have a critical mass of phoenixes so you are trading effeciently even against corruptors but he kept microing poorly and therefore trading poorly, never reaching the amount you need, dt/archon would be also helpful at one point but he never had the room for a transition because as i said he never reached the right amount of phoenixes

Now he's back to just being an average Korean T

Hey, if I were in his position, I'd do everything I could to win as well. The worst thing a player can do is to become predictable. That being said, I'm not too worried about Hero's career despite this setback. He's talented, he's relatively young still, and he has no serious injuries. Also, Liquid is a great team for him, and you know that they will keep on sending him to tournaments and supporting him. Just a temporary roadblock for the guy. I'd like to see HerO in online tournaments again. Even if he doesn't do particularly well he doesn't have the pressure of a LAN on his shoulders and winning or going far in them boosts confidence. Or maybe it's just a mental block in WCS. He's had some stacked groups in WCS Ro32, and losing twice to Huk doesn't help. I'd like to think that Hero has become a more seasoned veteran and less prone to nerves by now, given that it's been nearly 3 years since he's been with Liquid and travelling to tournaments. He's better than pretty much all of the people he's lost to, if both are playing to potential. He's not played well outside ATC for a while now

You can't just throw them down to "widdle down corruptors". There isn't enough gas to go around on 3 bases.

Should have saved it for the Fall / Winter. That's when the big $$ are at: Dreamhack Winter, WCS, Blizzcon. He could have pulled the greatest Dear ever.
1st GSL 1st WCS Season Finals 1st Blizzcon
We would have people calling him bonjwa and everything

Only later would I realize my name was two Protoss units.
