Looking forward to it. Surprised to see jjakji playing random!
The outcome will depend on two factors:
1) How much jjakji gets Terran
2) How much Balloon gets Terran
When jjakji gets Terran then he'll win no matter what race Balloon gets. And Balloon's best race is Protoss followed very closely by zerg. His Terran is pretty far behind the other two so I reckon off-race jjakji could stand a chance against Balloon's Terran.

LOL people may think balloon is the best random player in the world just because he's the only random gm on kr but little do they know Koreans always have a good offrace. I seen Jjakji s protoss on stream and it was high master with insane record. Balloon strats rely on exploiting his opponents race such as opener 2 rax reaper in tvt. He won't be able to do that when his opponents race is random aswell.

interesting, I really can't see who is gonna win, mechanically I think jjajki is better, but balloon has great experience and probably knows a lot of cheese haha

great counterattack too, that's super smart play. he made a bunch of lings he didn't want without even having speed, so the roach/bane attack was his best option. really nice control using the final baneling to weaken drones and then splitting off a few roaches toward the mineral line too. i'm impressed
