They increased the blink research time already in HOTS a little, but they may increase it a little even further or increase the resource cost (perhaps same as charge at 200/200?). If a blink nerf is to come, I'd prefer either of the latter options than a direct nerf to blink. Also, IMO, herO is playing better than Polt thus far.

I can imagine a research time nerf though, since it'll be easier to hold after 10-15 seconds. It will affect a lot of timings in PvP though
