They probably don't want to play for 40+ minutes to try and win vs those compositions. All three of them are pretty well known for being aggressive, though I disagree that soulkey can't do it. He's done it before.
What the hell are you guys smoking , aside from Jaedong who plays really sloppy right now (he still is better then european zergs), every korean zerg is miles ahead of any european zerg using swarm hosts . SoulKey would wipe the floor with 95 % of the progamers population . It would take a player of Rain , Parting , Zest , Stats's late game mastery to even play on par with him .

Soulkey against whatever Protoss that was he thought that he should run his Corruptors into VRs, when he could have just built more Spines/Spores and sieged that base longer and longer. Soulkey seems to be quite lost against lategame Protoss and Terran Mech. And these days Ps/Ts actually reach those armies against him. But in the re-game vs Reality he seemed to be completely on point and pretty much dismantled Reality. He roach/baneling busted a completely unprepared Reality, got a 50supply lead that allowed him to take every base but the 5 on realities side at once. And then barely broke through after another 30mins. I wouldn't call that "dismantled".
Yeah... He countered what Reality did and was ahead all game through those moves. I don't see how what you said contradicts what I said. With 'barely broke through' I'd say he was trading with his better economy and that made him win. He was always ahead.

Apollo. NEVER question JD's ability to lose games from incomprehensible advantages.

Patience got too excited being match point against Jaedong. He should've played macro.

Spawning pool for Jaedong. 4:00 Patience starts a twilight council. Sentry being built for Patience, no zealots. Patience scouting but won't find Jaedong for a while. Blink being researched. 5:00 Patience getting stalkers. One zergling poking. Patience moving his probe towards the base of Jaedong. 6:00 Jaedong 56 vs Patience 37 Jaedong droning up. Two more gateways on the way for Patience. Jadong getting two more zerglings and spreading creep.
7:00 Jaedong 62 vs Patience 40 Jaedong getting zergling speed. Blink is 2/3 done. Two evolution chambers for Jaedong. Two more overlords even though Jaedong's got an extra one. Jaedong moving his overlord towards the main but doesn't see the twilight council.
8:00 Jaedong 82 vs Patience 51 Lots of zerglings on the way for Jaedong. Patience proxies a pylon. Patience has 4 sentries but 3 die to zerglings. Patience still moving out. Patience going for the third. Time warps go down but the mothership core dies and Jaedong holds easily.

There aren't any zergs that know how to play against a late game mech army when they've ran out of gas
Then maybe think about how you play before you run out of gas? Maybe think about building more than 1Viper and 1Spellcaster and spending your last 2000gas on another wave of mutalisks which hasn't worked for the entirety of the game.
Watch Stephano. Watch Snute. Watch Firecake. Watch Roro. Those guys don't waste their money for units that they won't need. They don't get into those situations to begin with.

So strange. Dong goes from looking totally dominant to very shakey one game after the other.

2-2 to JD
He'll win on Alterzim without a doubt, that's like the ideal map to slam out 100 drones and then throw units at Patience
