Strong case for him to best the best player of the whole year, Wolf sounds really discrediting putting it like that

he said an undeniable truth instead of something that would be debated by fans, clearly played neutral party there.

The fact that he's not the unanimous best player of 2013 makes it weird to put it any other way

But RORO.

He was the unanimous best Zerg, based on his results.

Well he could've said one of the best instead of better, although you can't expect casters to always phrase things in the best possible way :p

Why wouldn't he?

the best. nobody was close to his consistency over the year. + winning a GSL

If you are the best, you are by definition also one of the best. Still, it's not cut and dry - Jaedong was more visible and had comparable results (although I'd rate him below SK personally)

JD managed to only win asus rog, was really discret a the beginning of the year while SK was really good the whole year + winning a GSL. The fact JD got more hype because he's on EG (and being JD) has nothing to do with being the best.

Why did effort not back once he sniped the Hatch? He obviously saw he didn't have as much roaches as SK... Seemed sloppy

soulkey couldve held the 3rd hatch and been way ahead, his unit movement was overly cautious imo
