It would probably be enough to publish his name+address on reddit and scare him out of doing stuff.

I´d hope, that the reactions from the community would be in a civil sprektrum, as an outing of him would probably be enough to stop him. If he wants attention so bad, why not give him a bit of attention once, as that should stop him from doing stupid stuff in the future?
