Your argument is basically that it's not enough of an advantage. But if we give winner bracket finalist even more of an advantage then people would be unhappy that the winner bracket winner is so likely to win the whole tournament. If you want a grand final, then this is a fine way to do it. People don't like true double elim for some reason because they don't like the idea of a final not being on even footing. | ||
