I would really like smix or someone to interview him about that. What are his thoughts because he obviously has come to the conclusion that the composition he uses works the best

Yey, we're in for another lazor show. I personally cannot wait to see another blob of void rays mow down everything that moves. It's such a sublime and entertaining playstyle, I particularly love the part where they move forward and all things die.

Yeah, I think he does this marauder/hellbat thing instead of ghosts and that's one thing. The lack of vikings however, is another, that's not part of his style.

I may be missing something, but I think Life has won as many premier tournaments (and arguably harder ones at that) as Taeja, and their careers started out roughly the same way at roughly the same time. What makes you feel that Life needs to prove himself further while Taeja doesn't?

You are wrong, TaeJa won more premiers, but you could argue the quality of the tournaments if you want.

Hahah, no there's not really any argument about who had harder tournaments, but that doesn't stop people. :D

I can think of arguments to take into account.
1. IPL TAC 3 isn't listed but is an extremely impressive result. He single handily got Liquid to the finals and almost double all killed IM to win the whole thing. Plus he went 23-3 against ONLY esf teams. Can't get better competition than that.
2. Taeja was fighting against arguably the most broken period in SC2 so far. Life was playing with that in his favor.
3. Taeja was more consistent in the GSL by far. Life never even made the ro8 again iirc. Taeja made ro8 4 times and ro4 twice again when almost no terrans could do that.

I'll compile a list of players both have beaten for fair comparison, please hang on

Just to clarify I am not trying to take anything away from Life. He is the only Zerg player I would ever root for and I think he is one of the best players in SC2 period. I just think to look at the names of the tournaments and say that Life is easily better is a very black and white statement when there is a lot more to look at.

I actually think the most broken era of SC2 was the very early WoL days. Luckily everyone was bad back then so no one blinked an eye when MKP lost a 2 rax proxy on close positions metalopolis.

Fair enough. I think it isn't that crazy to still say that era was incredibly broken though.

He must have just lost all his vikings because a was watching the game on and off and he did have vikings at certain points in the game. But often they get traded vs the colossus so maybe thats what hjappened
