Assuming you can't go back in time and just kill him before hand. You need to do the hallucination blitz. You need ro hallucinate 8 warp prisms, get 2 real warp prisms, filled with 8 HTs. Have them swarm the opponent, then drop the hts and feedback all of the infestors and vipers at once. Then you roll the army with blink stalker collosus and some hts. At least thats how I do it.

Well now he can't... But it's just about being where the locust are not. You can use the center to move around and try to catch a good engagement on the army.
