doesn't matter. whoever is weaker against Soulkey.

Well Byul crushed Soo who beat Soulkey and Trap is amazing in PvZ. Soulkey might actually be an underdog against both of them.

Sk is not an underdog against either one of them lol. He's the most consistent pro gamer since Hots and besides Dear who is looking unstoppable right now, the favorite to take it all.

He looked helpless against soO and Byul has displayed some pretty damn sick ZvZ recently. Consistency does not mean very much when looking at form right now.

All right, i agree on Byul being a tough opponent for him, but it's not like Soulkey is an underdog against anyone really. Champions are Champions.

Mvp is the champion of champions and he would be the underdog if he were to play in this tournament against anyone here pretty much. But then he would win in spite of that of course.

Well MvP is not nearly at the top level competition anymore. Where as we're talking about top caliber championship contenders. And I think being a champion-winning player like SK can really push you over the edge in such high pressure situations. (Compared to Byul who never played in front of such a crowd)

Well Mvp and SK did both get their WCS championships in the same season

Sk is not an underdog against either one of them lol. He's the most consistent pro gamer since Hots and besides Dear who is looking unstoppable right now, the favorite to take it all.

Trap is by far the best at PvZ and Byul has great ZvZ while SK is by FAR the weakest at ZvZ. Soo crushed SK in the Ro4 of WCS KR and Byul crushed him.

That Byul > soO > SK logic is retarded. And Trap's PvZ was his only good matchup like 3 months ago, but that's not true anymore, he looked better in PvT and PvP in recent times actually.

It does make sense to say that if SK got stomped by soO, a guy who's capable of beating both JD (in a close series) and soO (fairly convincingly) is the favorite. I do agree that Trap's PvZ doesn't look as threatening now as it did a few months ago though.

Byul did play very well against JD but tbh he had a lot of build order advantages. I dont think you can say he is the favorite just because of those matches + soO. Nobody has to be the favorite

Is the crowd only cheering and clapping for SC2, or are there other games/ events in that area? Because a lot of the yelling and applause seems to be at really odd times during these games.

One must agree that Killer/San both have the BALLS of a champion

actually... San's biggest problem is that he lacks the balls to compete in offline environment....

Not sure if this will work for Byul, I don't think so, but if he can micro well it should be salvageable I guess.

i think about how crazy it would have been, when that game 5 between jd and scarlett, where jd did a 6 pool, had been played in front of this crowd. everybody would have lost their mind.

Well actually since 2010 but it does seem to be pretty bad this weekend

Well people are dumb if they complain about toss even though for almost every GSL season there are like no toss players.

GSL October, never forget

The sad thing is I can think of multiple seasons last year with like only 2 toss in the ro16. But it was always like 2 really good toss that would then make like ro8 and ro4 so it didn't look as bad.

Well that happens a lot with other races too. One terran will make top 8, then win the tourney and then terran will be OP. But that happens with all three.
