But now he'll have to face Teaja in Blizzcon first instead of Hero. He's rather face Hero I would think lol.

Protoss fans get double treat: their race wins the season final, and their race got the only foreigner represent at the year final. Well done, Naniwa, proving once again that Sweden is the top foreign country.

Dear is the president we've been looking for. Strong in all matchup. Can all in, mid game or marco. Very much varied strategies. I think he will be on top a long time.

I remember way back in MLG when everyone thought Dear was a random crap kespa player that got stomped now hes god mode! Ahhh times have changed.

One of those has amazing colossi control and the other doesn't. Only way to counter good colossi control is building a bunch of units that are rather worthless otherwise (corrupters and vipers, since vipers get owned by feedback on the templar switch)
This is also true. Dear is literally the first player ever who has used Colossi in a way that I would call genuinely impressive. I mean, if you can make a unit as typically boring and a-movey as the Colossus look cool, you're doing something special.

dear is currently the best player in the world. There is literally no debate about it.

Dear played not just as the best protoss player that I ever seen, but as the best Starcraft 2 player. Combining mechanics, macro and micro with a superb, unmatched decision making.

Regardless I've always been impressed by Dear when I've seen him in proleague, it seems like he just put everything together and became an allround great player.

The unfortunate thing is in a few weeks Blizzcon will happen and if Dear doesn't win, people will forget all about him.
