Jaedong seems to belong to that kind of zerg, that thinks, once he starts building ultras, he doesn´t need any mobile units anymore. Well... this is his problem. In fact oftentimes it doesn´t matter if you have 6 or 10 or 15 Ultralisks more ultralisks is not more quality. 6 - 8 Ultralisks are the perfect number and the rest of supply needs to be filled by quick units to supplement ultralisk´s weaknesses. 1-3 Infestors are fine but not even nessecary. You need a ton of lings and Mutas to hinder the enemy from kiting or be able to punish it. (and they are needed to defend drops). But that are just my 2 cents on the topic. Zerg players are free to ignore it and go on losing to drop harassment once they start building only ultra/infestor (and maybe even broodlords rofl)

Because no one thought fungals were imba? Basically Blizzard buffed Fungal to do the same amount of damage in half the time. Now they nerf the damage but never changed the time back, making it the worst the spell has ever been.
