Could be. Too bad Jjakji told every other Terran he's crap at holding scv all-ins.

what was his sick build against Innovation? the absolutely no aoe pvt build?

What are you talking about?

Did you watch First vs Innovation in the Ro16 this season?

First didn't play Innovation in the ro16 this season or last season.

Ganzi beat me without stim. Ostojiy beat me with a nydus. Siphonn beat me with probes. Revival beat my sentry-immortal all-in.

who cares if Dear is considered the better player, i just would like to see someone other than Koreans at Blizzcon. It's just much more exciting and the storylines and "underdog" feel of it is great.

I care. I mean if I wanted to watch story lines with a vague connection to competitive spirit, I'd watch pro-wrestling.

So your calling Naniwa bad? Yes Dear won the GSL, but Naniwa has aswell had some success in the league, while also having multiple international top finishes. Also, I believe he alerady beat Dear offline.

Naniwa having success in the GSL last year in WoL does not mean he is at the level now. Especially when Kespa hadn't switched yet also. If Naniwa was even close to the level of Dear he would have had no issues in WCS EU and at the very least made it to WCS season 3 finals and not be at home hoping these players lose so he can make it to blizzcon. He plays in the easiest region if he can't make it that's on him

Slightly inconsistent, but his top lvl is definately not far behind Dears.. maybe we should w8 and see, but right now naniwa has come out ahead

In what possible way has Naniwa come out ahead? Dear won WCS KR. Naniwa couldn't even make the finals for WCS EU once. Yeah he was good in the GSL like over a year ago. That means now he is better than the Dear? I don't even like Dear but you are delusional if you think they are even close much less Naniwa being ahead

I mean as results are so arguable, we could just go by their offline engagement

Arguable? Huh?

"I think this result is better" -"But I think this is better!" Although offline engagement says Naniwa

One match months ago dude. Seriously. That is not any way to base your claim.

But if Naniwa and Dear played a best of 15 on this instant and Naniwa won 8 straight maps, it would still favor Dear right? Gawl..

If they played right now at 18:00 KST, and Naniwa won 8-0. Then yes. They did not so we have to go with recent results.
Dear has winning GSL against Naniwa never winning anything except that 1 MLG.

Let's go by the here and now boys. You are only as good as your last result. Let's stick with that. The way this scene works nowadays that's all you can really go by.
