Very low. I think only one team can advance to the playoffs with a 5-4, and Millenium has a pretty bad mapscore.
And if Acer wins, they are through: Of their persuers mouz, Quantic, Axiom, TL at least two teams must will have four losses because they play against each other. Acer finishes with 3 losses at worst (and have to play the weakest teams anyways).

No decider matches. Would be kinda stupid to have round robin if half the playoff spots are determined outside of the round robin system :p

mouz:
Win against Axiom: Qualified for playoffs
Loss: Must hope for TL to win against Quantic and hope that TL themselves does not overtake them or TL beats Axiom very highly
Quantic:
Win against Team Liquid: Qualified for playoffs
Loss: very, very likely out
Axiom:
Win against mouz and TL: Qualified for playoffs
Only win against mouz: Qualified, as long as they don't lose to TL too high
Only win against TL: Qualified if TL wins against Quantic and TL doesn't beat Axiom in mapscore
TL (assuming win against Empire-Ence):
Win against Axiom and Quantic: Qualified for playoffs
Only win against Axiom: Needs to hope that mouz loses against Axiom and beat Axiom and mouz in mapscore
Only win against Quantic: Needs to beat mouz in mapscore
The other cases and Millenium I didn't bother to think through as they are too complicated.
