Life should be the only non-terran to have a serious chance here.
Especially as he's the only non-Terran left indeed.

Could you name 5 "Big Name" Protoss players for me? Rain sOs Parting Hero Super Vampire oh and First. Yeah, man those guys have been drowning in championships this year. Cool then name better protosses., maybe naniwa instead of super /vampire Protoss players dont win tournaments. That was obviously my point. 3 GSLS and 1 OSL, thats it. They aren't always the best players either. They should have won 2012 season 2, but Mvp literally out thought and out will powered all of them. They could have won 2012 season 3 gsl, but again Mvp out thought Rain. At the top level, the racial balance doesn't mean nearly as much as composure, mental power, mental state. Man that is a mind blowing coincidence that all the bad players happen to pick protoss. What do you expect? Protoss is a race with by far the easiest macro and micro mechanics, and that leads to them either winning a ton or being balanced but not winning anything. There can be no other option so long as one race is balanced around having relatively easy to 'perfect' micro (forcefields, collosus target firing) then the opposing races will always have far better scaling potential.

Rain, Soulkey, Dongraegu, Scarlett, Parting. Those guys are actually the top of their race atm but they didnt move. Now look at how many terran star moved to dreamhack : Taeja, Innovation, Supernova, MMA, ForGG, Flash. So maybe if top protoss and zerg players move their ass they could win this kind of event . It's sure not even going in will not help them. DRG or soulkey could definitively claim this tournament. EDIT : Ok scarlett is not korean but kind of ![]()
