And what will they do about the 3rd group stage?
Have the games go into the early morning?

Yeah the balance surely is ultimatively flawed when a European GM Zerg can go toe to toe with a Korean Code S Terran. Seriously lol

is this the first time you see someone with a lower ranked playing better than a higher ranked player?

I will let you know when its the first time I see a relatively unknown GM Terran compete toe to toe in macro games against a Code S Zerg and I think SuperNovA played well. Just because in your head biomine takes no skill and your completely delusional view on the match up, you misjudge the game by a ton. Muta/ling/Bane is very viable, you just also have to be good and as we can see, a seemingly EU player can compete with a code S terran. Hardly a balance issue if you ask me.

You mean when Sjow (who didn't do shit since like forever) kicked Life's ass? Koreans don't play their best in foreign tournament. Supernova is playing WAY better in GSL and Sc2 is really volatile.

Great game

Your point is not valid ! Terran vs Zerg was supposed to be imbalanced so a foreign Terran beat a Korean Zerg was called out for that imbalance.

Now it still stands that Terran vs Zerg is imbalanced, but why can a EU grandmaster with the disadvantageous race in ZvT beat a code-S veteran ? Good you brought that up, so I could shoot it down immediately

Edit: and I agree, great game

Yeah, i find it funny how everyone always forgets Sjow, who was knocked out of WCS Qualifiers by toss each time and won Bo3 against Life is irrelevant, when some GM zerg gets a close game against Code A(No guys, being in GSL Ro32 is not being Code S terran, especially if you get knocked out in Ro32) terran.

Because SuperNova is not true Code S terran NOW, but just happened to get in it on the back of his OSL perfomance last season. Bang!

I don't really care for the balance whining, but SuNo is definitely a Code S terran. He is one of the most consistent players in Code S.
It appears I have been chosen.

It was a good game between Suno and Serral, however the quality of play was far from a Innovation/DRG match, it just highlights the skill gap between Innovation and every other korean Terran's TvZ.
