Well, if you don't want to pull with a FE build then you're asking to lose.

You're asking to lose with that attitude. You could also watch players like Polt, Taeja, Innovation, Maru, etc. who do just fine lategame.

Lol, don't you think I haven't tried? I've come to the conclusion it's useless to go to the lategame. Scv pull every toss yolo swag, they deserve it.

Well if you've come to that conclusion it must be true

If Bomber kills First EZ all the time, it must be true. So yh it's true.

I really hope finale hurries up, I'm really really really hungry

you have time if you go now

I reckon you had time to make it and get it ready by now. But you spent too much time telling us about it.

Why? Why? Why?

Now, it's really a choice between Nani vs DD and starvation.

I thought finale vs Nani would follow right after this so I took the time to complain about my terrible life

But really, how hard can it be to make quick noodles. Don't you have any 2 minute noodles? Hot water and a microwave is all you need.

Well, I need to slice a few things too. Paprika, sausages, cheese, tomatoes and some other stuff. Might post pics later. It's pretty good but takes attention

Slice slice slice

Anyway, gonna do it now and hope finale wins. Need food to be ready when Ro8 starts

Does the winner of this match play Jaedong? Naniwa vs Jaedong quarterfinal is probably too awesome to expect. Their tournament history, Jaedong's sudden great ZvP, there's no way duckdeok will let this happen.

Problem is, in TvP, if you lose your first reaper, it's pretty much over. You get a few all-in that you can still do, but apart from that, it's over. You cannot leave your base to scout anymore, and the protoss can pretty much do whatever he wants to do.

Just look at this game : Polt lose his reaper with a stupid mistakes, First decides to take a 3rd base. What could Polt do ? Can't leave his base, because if First went for a little agression, marines will get caught and the game is lost ; Can't scout with a SCV because there are stalkers on the map ; can't turtle because he lets his opponent get ahead.

Only solution is, blindly hard countering your opponent.
It sure was a mistake by Polt, and First was really clever, really knew how to use it, but I can't feel anything except disappointment, looking at this serie. TvT and TvZ are the only match-up where you can get back & forth games. In PvT, if either side does a small mistake early on, the game is over. Same for PvP and PvZ. ZvZ isn't that far either.

he has scans and scvs send some or scan some.

Nope. Scans miss, scvs die to stalkers patrolling outside the base.

There are more ways to scout than that.

Lke what, assuming you play standard/safe against all ins?

I thought he makes an excellent point.

What undead1993 said. Plus all the reconaissance en force you can do with early drops.

Nah he said that the WCS EU champion already had won twice against this man, was just a bit weirdly worded.

I love that Protoss intro music
I root for Euro Zergs, NA Protoss* and Korean Terrans. (Any North American who has beat a Korean Pro as Protoss counts as NA Toss)

or like the OSL champ who knows. or Taeja. The overall level of play has been really great and pinning down to two clear favorites seems a bit outstrecht.

Yeah, there is more ways to scout than that. Helions, Banshees, and blind scans.
Problem with Hellions is that, if your opponent went for any kind of agression, you lost the game.
Banshee can be a good idea, especially with cloak, because you can even the game if your opponent didn't went for an all-in.
Blind scans are just bad 7 minutes into the game. Stop talking about them.
