Stardust won because he outplayed Jaedong. I'll admit I don't watch as much SC2 as I used to, and I'll check out those games. If they actually show pure Ghost/Viking used decently versus decent Protoss play with no major mistakes on either side, then I'll happy admit I'm totally wrong. Thing is, pure Ghosts/Vikings doesn't exist in like 99,9999% of the games. It's not even optimal because past a certain Ghosts/Vikings count there's no point keeping massing expensive units instead of Marines (TaeJa still had 65 Marines). The only case of pure Ghosts/Vikings I saw at pro level was ByuN vs HerO on Daybreak. And perhaps he still had some Marines along, I don't remember. | ||
