Saying "here's a black guy in the audience, that's unusual" is the same as implying that someone playing badly in SC2 is a "dumb n***er", implying that he must be black because he' stupid? There's a reason that not every crime is given the same sentence, because some things aren't as serious as others. There's talking about race, and there's racism. Terry did #1, Orb was #2.
