But I think we will see him get a title soon, just hope this silver summer don't affect his mindset when he reach another finals because he is a champion, not a winner. Jaedong is a Clutch player, just like Nada. that was bw.in sc2 jaedong is still one of the most succesfull former bw greats.his consecutive second places ranks him above flash, and bisu for example in wcs point rankings and assures he will be at the finals this season. Now i know for middle level koreans the wcs is just about who can run to europe or na faster and that many good players who decided to face the hardest level of competition in osl and gsl aren't ranked very high and will not make it to the global finals. Also the fact that jaedong participates in foreign tournaments assured him some points.

Curiously, Innovation is at 54-15 78% in Bo3+, while only 11-5 69% in Bo5+. I wonder what that means....

Because Bo5s are usually used in the later stages of tournaments, so technically, you are playing 'better' players. So the win rate dropping is pretty normal. Mvp is just absurdly good in semis and finals. Life is another player that seems to play better in those situations.

Wcs eu finals 2012: 125k Wcs eu finals 2013 season 1: 136k Wcs eu finals 2012 season 2: 67k (dropped after grubby vortix game. Had something 75k viewers then))

Afaik only Mvp has winrates like that, despite his slump. (I just really used this opportunity to transition the thread into the "mvp innevitability")

(I just really used this opportunity to transition the thread into the "mvp innevitability") the "mvp innevitability" thing sounds really ban worthy to me. It really sucks to here about that on any occasion.
