Runner-up, winner, Ro4 in the hardest leagues in SC2 I guess no matter who will be #1, the author of the PR will be flamed hard. Yep. There's no such thing as a power rank that everyone agrees on. I mean last time probably nobody argued against Innovation being #1 considering he won Season 1 finals etc. But now there will be hot flame just because of #1 spot no matter what. I mean I know people WILL argue but still, he basically carried his team to the Proleague finals, he's been consistently a top finisher in everything he enters, and he's the favorite in almost every match he plays. Yea, he is scary. Then again being 4-0 by player who isn't even an ace on the last team in GSTL... Oh god, I forgot about power rank. Innovation will still be ranked #1, but only because it's a joke. Soulkey trashed him, yet they put Innovation #1 over Soulkey. Whoever wins this tournament should be #1 power rank. And Innovation didn't win. I don't think just winning the OSL should be enough to get #1 in the PR, especially since the OSL isn't the only thing the PR is counting. If anything, Maru and Bomber would appear somewhere on the list and Rain should be #2 or #3 because of his far run and his results in Proleague, but Innovation is the only candidate to be #1, for now. Not to make this a PR complaint, but I really don't understand the logic of putting so much weight on a closed tournament in which approximately half of the world's best players can't even participate.

Sigh TL Not Maru's fault that Innovation just refused to adapt to what Maru was doing. Just watching the vods, feels to me more like Maru got game 1 easy with a build order win and wanted to throw in a curve ball and it worked ... so he did another one and so on. Most people do something sneaky in game 2 if they win game 1 in a Bo7 and most of the time it fails, because everyone expects it, just like Innovation expected cloaked proxy banshees in g2. Innovation was extremely unlucky most of the time.

Minus koreans there are no players who could match the kr challenger league players. WCS KR aka OSL is the highest non-team league atm, so not a surprise at all. Idk if this loss in the ro4 is enough to move inno to the 2nd place, his TvZ and TvP are too godly imo.

I'd drop Innovation to #2 at least as long as Rain doesn't get 4-0'd by Bomber (unlikely, and even if he does it's significantly less of an upset than getting 4-0'd by Maru). Maru & Bomber should both creep into the ranking though, regardless of result.

I'm not making the PR, but seeing how they only put Symbol/Roro 5th and 6th as Soulkey/Innovation's predecessors in June, it would only be logical to have those two drop a few ranks as well and install this seasons finalists in the top3. I mean, in June they brought a lot of arguments to put Innovation>Soulkey. They would need even more of them to put Innovation>Maru after today's games and right before a possible royal road in OSL.

G1: idk if innovation realized that Maru hadnt got an expansion so the final atack was more than he expected. G2: Innovation tryed to stay one step ahead but it backfired. G3: why go CC 1st n anaconda? being this map the most cheesy of the map pool? G4: what can i say, Innovation overextended and paid the iron price GL in the finals Maru
