He probably will. INnoVation is on tilt after that shit. He didn't even join the 4th game lobby for 10+ minutes.

That's why we will never see a Bonjwa in SC2. Bye Innovation. This has nothing to do with the skill ceiling, it's "just" the absurd coinflips issues of TvT. It's not an absurd coinflip three times in a row if you go for unsafe builds or miss scouting everything. Innovation looks a little bit lost, though Maru is inside his head with a sledgehammer as well. Innovation may have been on the receiving end of some bad luck, but no way was that the deciding factor all three times. it has nothing to do with scouting. innovation scouted normally as any player would've done. there's nothing he can do about random proxies. maru could've placed his starport any fucking where on the map. it's the plethora of early game tvt builds that players must defend against that is causing the problem. only game that innovation fucked up build wise was game 3. should've not went cc first. Bullshit. He checked his natural with an SCV... he should have gone all over to scout. What is a little missed mining time for a more secure scout. maru could've double raxed anywhere on the fucking map and still won against a cc first. As said previously, dont be a greedy ass against someone who has already done 2 all-ins. Greed = CC first, or not scouting/minimal scouting. In game 2 he did some weird ass raven first and lost his mine... it was terrible all over. great, you said exactly what i said in my original post. as for raven first. it would be safe against almost all tvt openings except the one maru did.

Game 1: (I have only seen the end) Banshee opening by maru into 1 base all-in. Game 2: Proxy Medivacs marine helion elevator by Maru Game 3: Maru does proxy 2 racks against Innovations CC first. Thanks. It sounds sort of reminiscient of Polt vs MMA from the super tournament, where MMA was the huge favourite but Polt just executed really nice build orders.

Do you favor 25 min no rush games? its boring because they're build order losses, hardly any macro/micro involved. ya he deserves the win, but it's boring to watch because there's very little the other player can do. I guess it's only boring if you are very far down on innovations dick. Hop off a bit and you might be able to enjoy ![]() I remember how much people shit on sOs/SoulKey semi double standard at its best i don't really follow the sc2 scene that closely, i'm not cheering for either side. i'm simply aware that innovation is arguably the best player and this is the ro4 of the korean wcs. i was expecting entertaining games, games that show some kind of skill not straight up build order losses that result in a 3-0 because one player is too scared to play a drawn out game. even if these two were no names these games have been boring as hell. yeah I suppose you have to atleast know something about the players and the story lines to enjoy these games. Sorry you missed out!

Other than that he played a normal solid build order. "Inno on tilt" etc. is really bs. You can beat literally every player in the world with such a build, one time. Build order wins ftl... Ya its his fault when he goes cc first vs someone who just all inned him twice

Should this be considered a win? Well, it's not up to me. Should this be considered a good game? Hell, no. People are all over Maru, because he's not Innovation, if it was Flash playing instead of Inno we'd have absolutely different LR thread. Yes attacking early is about the same as flipping the chess board over and getting a win for it.

They are always more odd than you might think. And the games were showcasing blunders that should not be shown in a semi finals of the hardest league in the world. This is just stubbornness and non-scouting from a player that is favored as hell by a majority of people. yeah does any of that make this a good series? this is a lulz series
