It's seriously one of the most cost efficient decisions a terran can make mid-game. Clearing out overlords reduces map vision, makes drops more effectives, and costs the zerg extra larva and minerals. | ||

Same reason we don't ever see just 6 Mutas by Zergs to keep just drops cleared up or Protoss using warp prisms vs Terran to protect their Templar from Ghosts. They're another full set of Multi-task action that requires being sold in all of the rest of your game. | ||

A way to tell good casters from bad ones is whether commonly used phrases make sense. Say we have LG-IM MVP vs Nestea. The statement would make sense if Nestea scouted MVPs proxy locations because they probably train with each other a lot. Suppy vs Alive, however, the same phrase doesn't make sense because there is no way in hell they train together. It really makes the casting feel fake. | ||
