The remanining 8 players are taken from two open qualification tournaments. As the name suggests the tournament is limited to German players, which means you need to have a German passport or identity card (Personalausweis). Makes me smile to see Socke and Hasuobs still around.

It's been what, three years now? Glad to see the German scene can support two actual pros for such a long period.

I hope Darkforce joins the fun, since he is playing quite a bit again. Would be really oldschool then .
Maru and Serral are probably top 5.

I'd love to see TLO invited, would be a nice opportunity to see how he fares against his German countrymen!

Doesn't seem fair. Nobody in that roster could touch him.

Hasu has a 60-65% record against TLO IIRC, he beat him at their latest encounter in SC2L a few weeks ago and he is the only german in the WCS ro16 (If you don´t count Jürgen and the Bad Tölz Terran ofc.). Also I remember seing TLO getting 2-0´ed by Showtime in a german WCG qualfier (where he did´nt qualify for the national finals until now).

I´d say there are about 5-6 people with a reasonable shot against TLO and Hasu is favored against him IMHO.

Better jump in now, since HasuObs finished his Ro16 group with Mvp 2-0!

Will be interesting to see if Imbatoss manages to qualify. I feel like he could give the pros a run for their money.
