Fixed title... sorry for before! ^^'
|
interesting, so many team leagues coming up
|
Mouz, Acer and Empire are interesting while I couldn't care less about the other teams. Hopefully some more good ones get in through the qualifiers.
|
Hmm, does a 'Euro Series' perhaps mean that there might be an American equivalent? or perhaps a Chinese equivalent? Great to see from ESL as always. Must be hard for compLexity to play though.
|
Needs more hype looking forward to another team League!

We only have the Euro Series, the qualifiers are open for all teams but they have to play on the EU server. compLexity did a great job, they reached the 3rd place last season.

Congratulations to RoX.KIS, Western Wolves, Fnatic, and mYinsanity for qualifying in the first qualifier. Qualifier #1 Bracket
Looking forward to the 2nd qualifier. Hopefully sMi can get into the top four this time!
|
Hooray for more teamleagues, finally you can watch clan wars all the time, feels more like the old days with wc3 again .
|
this deserves more attention!
|
Looks interesting, go NaVi and RoX.KIS!
Glad there are so many team leagues coming up right now

40 teams checked in for qualifier #2. Definitely there is some demands for clanwars
|
I still want a team league with a 2v2 match (but as the starting map, not ace... or both starting and ace).
I am happy to be seeing team leagues continue. You're able to bring a longer season while not requiring too much from the players (like they would if they had to play weekly bo3s)

Does anyone know how to contact a tournament admin?

Join the chat channel EES in b.net on the EU server was the way I did.

NewRoSoft and Ai are qualified
Now it's in between Copenhagen Wolves and ESC on one side, and Team MiA, oSc and CPLAY on the other.

The second qualifier was broadcasted yesterday and also on the calender: hardly anyone watched. The interest in watching seems to be less than the interest in complaining about not being broadcasted

It's a shame that the prizepool isn't bigger, because it might be the biggest (in terms of participating) foreigner team league. Just look at that list:
Mousesports
Team Acer
Team Empire
Complexity
Casade
Natus Vincere
Team Dignitas
MyInsanity
Western Wolves
Fnatic
RoX
NewRoSoft
Alien Invasion
Team MiA
Copenhagen Wolves
Hope the league will be a succes They need to advertise it as much as they can + Have some good casters
|
I really hope there's more hype around for this league! Features so much of the younger upcoming professionals in the European SC2 scene.
|
Is there streams for this?
|

Not sure if there was/are any stream, casting (or anything at all) regarding the tournament >.> Then again maybe i missed everything, but no matter what, i really that they will try to get people aware of it, if anything else add it to the calender and have a stream.
Edit: Stream as in English stream ofc
Enough venting, here is an update:
Mousesports, Team MiA, Fnatic, Team Acer, Na'vi, mYinsanity, Digitas and Complexity made it to the playoffs. The brackets are:
Mousesports vs Team Acer
Fnatic vs Team MiA
mYinsanity vs ???
Team Digitas vs ???

There is a french stream for this tournament ?
|
|
So there is no VOD for mouse vs. acer!? what a shame. ESL promotion lacking as always.
|
Who will cast the finals today?
|
Today is just a semifinal, not a final. But it will determine who will fight mouz in the finals. We will see a lot of PvZ today...
|
|
Vipers rape mech every time. kind of a shame, T matchups would be more interesting if mech was a viable tech route
|
just randomly opened the stream ...
is this really what sc2 casting has to offer.
0 excitement 0 insight
fnatic vs fxopen znaster vs strelok
seriously not bothering with that stream again.
If this comes accross as overly negative, sorry but you seriously need to up your game.

That was pretty close. Did´nt think, Strelok could actually win it, but the landed Viking basetrade was to strong. Congratz Na´Vi.

Mouz won his group stage with 27-7 maps oO how is this possible with 3 games? // i was checking the "wrong site". Other site showed more details.
|
On October 04 2013 04:06 Dingodile wrote: Mouz won his group stage with 27-7 maps oO how is this possible with 3 games?
Its a bo5 of bo3s. The team to win 3 bo3 wins and since they are mostly played simultaniously it usually didnt end at 3-0, so winning 9 maps per war isnt unusual
Nice defense Hasu, now finish him please!

vortix playing in esl, and fragbite cup??? replaycast in esl?

I think its the other way around, but I guess we'll see as soon as one of the games is finished

Yeah, at least the overlay indicates that Fragbite is a replay cast.

can always be lessened by the map. Or you'll just see ZP mirrors. But it is probably to late now as 2v2 meta would just be to far behind and not look good enough to be entertaining.

wohoo, wp wp, congratz mouz!
