The 3cc - 2 e bays with one rax and one factory is a silly build. It's easy to scout and ultra easy to destroy. The only reason why it worked for a while is because Zergs didn't know how to properly punish it.

Maybe if you go blind 1 -2 tanks every game it might work but still, it seems weaker than a solid 2 base aggressive build to me.
