Game Strikers! in the SC2 Arcade
Event Date/Time Sunday 07/14/2013 1:00pm EDT / 7:00pm CEST
Format - 10 Teams - 2 groups of 5 (tiebreaker is H2H record, total goals scores, 2nd tiebreaker points difference, 3rd points forced) Best of 1 each match - Top 3 of each group move on to a quarter finals. #1 seeds from each group get 1st round bye in quarterfinals. All matches will be Bo1 until the finals which will be Bo3.
Prizes - The winning team will each receive trophy and be added to the loading page of Strikers! as the reigning champion so everyone that plays the game will be reminded everyday. - Each member of the winning team will be sent a SuperStar Strikers Cup II trophy that will be customly designed. - The winning team, will receive Star Strikers in game points to be used on rewards like logo/skins/effects/etc in the near future.
Team Makeup - 1-2 Pro/Personalities + 2-3 members of the community - The pro/personalities will select the 2 members of the community from the "Star Strikers" BattleNet Group NA leading up to the event. ChanmanV and the players will tweet different times the captains will be recruiting in the Star Striker group. So be sure to hop on and play some "tryout" games with the captains.
Rules - Default settings w/ League Mode - 8 minute halves, Unique units, No Spin Push, Unlimited Subs

No, only the captains of the teams are notable figures in SC2 eSports. The rest of the roster is filled with community members recruited by the captains.
Just saying I would like to make a team.... I'm looking at you temp0 I'll be tuning in regardless should be entertaining as all hell... Any chance of adding an observer slot so we can get the best possible coverage?
Disclaimer: I know nothing about how difficult it would be to wrangle up a dedicated observer and adjust the map accordingly.
Queen push still needs to be nerfed, they can be directly behind you and still push it off of you - I was hoping it'd be nerfed since last time we played!
