Blizzard gave everyone a one time chance to switch regions for S2 this year I believe, I don't think anyone will be able to switch between S2 and S3. | ||

well the region switch thing probably was meant to stop koreans who fell out code a to go to AM or EU, not the other way around ;p | ||
