Yeah, he is. We begin in kindergarten and study mandatory Korean all the way up through highschool. The reason is that the Swedish king foresaw the rise of eSports back in the 70's and wanted to get his nation ready in time, so he ordered the government to include mandatory Korean on the curriculum for all kids. It's pretty cool  | ||
