Teams and players still have fans that want to watch them play, it works the same way with physical sports leagues where teams out of contention still play their games.

is it just me or has the metagame just gotten way more interesting recently? zerg still seems to be best race "in general", but I'm just happy to see crazier strats work in all matchups (due to new HoTs & changes etc) and not just see infestor broodlord dominate allthefuckingtime... plus ZvZ is a bit more interesting as well...
At a guess, I assume Hydra realized he was behind and went for a roach push at the same timing TRUE did. They both did severe damage, but TRUE's army count was bigger to start with, so when he eventually went back, Hydra had no chance left.

T8 and CJ both have a 0.000001% of making the playoffs. This game just offically eliminates T8. SKT has to go 0-4 the entire way and CJ has to win 4-0 the rest of the way.
Cure wandering around in the middle of the map while effort was killing all his main base and not even lifting the buildings. He could try to attack or try to defend, anything would be better than stay in the middle of the map, by the time he decided what to do it was already over.
Bunny's is the third Terran in the world who can play that non-stop aggression - considering the other two Terrans are Innovation and Flash, I would say this kid is going be right up there along witht the best. His mechanics are insane just like innovation, he did throw away more units than he needed to, but that will come with experience, and the mechanics in the other matchups are much easier than TvZ.
