The Korean GSL is so good because players have time to prepare for their matches. WCS Europe, America, and now worlds are rushing group and RO8 play into just a few days and the games are pretty mediocre. I think only MVP's smart play was entertaining to watch the whole time. Soulkey versus SOS was as bad if not worse than their original RO4 series from the GSL; just a lot of build order wins or huge punts. Foreigners aren't getting better if they get no time to prepare either. The quality of WCS America games was simply god-awful and the rushed nature of the WCS format is to blame. I hope Innovation versus SOS is a good series with smart play but I have a feeling it will be one-sided with SOS cheesing the crap out of innovation or Innovation shutting down SOS's cheese and overwhelming him with macro. I'm pretty sure season 2 for EU and AM will be much less rushed and on pace with OSL That won't change anything.

I don't know how many times the guy has to prove it. He can't even feel his mouse hand clicking anymore and he gave Innovation an absolute pounding. mvp is great and such a smart player, but not feeling the mouse is a bit over the top lol It's actually not over the top. Just yesterday in the OGN couch Mvp stated that when he's in the booth with the headset, he can't hear his clicks so he doesn't know if he's actually clicking... He can't feel his clicks, man. this is so sad. mvp, what a man unlike flash apparently his condition cannot be helped by surgery either. I don't think that's true, he just doesn't want to get the surgery because it means he would have to take a really long break from the game and he thinks he might as well retire if he can't compete for 6+ months. Mvp can indeed get surgery as noted by Dodgin, but I remember him indeed mentioning that the break is quite long (not sure how many months) since it's a neck disk problem. Also a neck disk problem might be something you'd be a little more nervous about than CTS. A little more sensitive an area. In all interviews, Mvp basically says that if he took such a break from progaming there'd be no way he'd recover. Though I disagree with the belief, it seems he's pretty set on this concept. Has there been any cases where a progamer has taken 6+ months off and come back to be really successful? Honest question, I don't follow a lot of players that closely. sC seems to be attempting this, pretty sure he was gone for over 6 months and he's showing some promise I am dead positive that Flash took time off for a surgery and still dominated in BW when he returned.

I don't think that's true, he just doesn't want to get the surgery because it means he would have to take a really long break from the game and he thinks he might as well retire if he can't compete for 6+ months. its what I've been told. Unless you are Mvp's doctor himself, how do you know so precisely about how bad his wrists are ? Maybe he actually recovered. It's been like 6 months for him in code B, he would have time for the surgery people were talking about. Or maybe the wrists problem is a urban legend and wasn't even that terrible in the first place... Yea because he was lying yesterday during the interview. Please don't talk about stuff you clearly are too ignorant for. The man needs to rely on hearing to know if he double clicks ffs. What I mean if I have always thought strange that a player constantly says he can't play because his wrists are destroyed, but this doesn't looks like it when he plays. It's like people saying lag to be the reason whey they made a blunder. they may as well be lying, no one knows.

Guy just lost a final a while back, losing this would crush him >< Hoping for close games with Innovation winning. This could be what he needs to finally feel what it's like to win a major title. Sos can have the next GSL ![]() losing in two finals straight makes you the biggest loser ever? I'm confused. how big of a loser is MKP then Lol? I don't even consider MKP a loser. O.o He did win a few things back-to-back. albeit MLG. He is the 3rd most accomplished Terran of WOL after all Wait so you think the progression is Mvp, MMA, MKP? I don't think so. even though nobody asked if i ranked terran players from the top 1. flash 2. innovation 3.mvp or taeje reasons: flash has both insane micro and very brilliant in strategies innovation has well the best micro (i think) but not as good as flash .. because flash is flexible and better in tvt mvp has well insane decision making and is probably the most flexible of them all and does not crack under pressure even though he has bad micro .. idk about macro though and taeje is really good .. very flexible ranked based solely on WoL achievements, your top 2 don't have squat. As for right now I think that putting flash above INnoVation is pure fanboyism. Flash gets a lot of hype, but outside proleague he hasn't gone the distance yet. Proleague is SUCH a different tournament from individual tournaments that I think his stats there, while impressive, cause people to overestimate his ability. Putting Flash above Innovation is as far-fetched as putting Innovation above Flash. They're on the same level...it's really hard to argue otherwise unless you want to make the argument "The results on WCS KR is what matters and everything else that happened doesnt matter" I will totally make that argument. GSL/WCS KR are the only tournaments where players get to showcase mechanics, strategy, AND series planning/mental fortitude. Proleague just doesn't really cut it with Bo1s and/or All kill where the players either prep a very particular snipe or just try to be prepped in general to take on all comers. Flash is really good at both of those formats because he has sick mechanics so in a take on all comers scenario hes ahead. I think the fact that Flash has really struggled to make it far in the GSL indicates that he isn't in championship winning form strategically and mentally. Maybe Bogus is a Kong, but Flash doesn't even have that luxury in SC2. Flash hasn't really got much showtime to prove himself in Code S though. He kept losing in the chaotic Up/Downs. In Code S he lost in the Group of Death, not much shame in that lol.
