byun's been laddering tooo much! his winrates swing between 16-3 at the beginning of his stream to 4-14 when he gets tired haha. he goes between GM #6 and 60 sigh. hope he gets some rest before the match!

Honestly, if Madbull loses, just play the new kids. Sssane, Ellenkey, Salvation, or whatever. If they go Madbull -> jjakji -> Random -> Tassadar as ace again, HoSeo should be laughed at. Tassadar has been in like four ace situations for HoSeo now and has been crushed every single one.
Looking forward to hopefully watching this live. Woudn't be too surprised if ByuN allkilled again. While it would be nice if he could I also want to see how MKP is looking these days. Either way I think Prime will win, maybe 4-1 or 4-2.

Exactly, small steps. NSH have looked horrible the first two matches, but I think the map scores have exaggerated their crappiness to some extent. Sting is still good enough to take a map off one of the code B'ers. Same with Tassadar. And on a good day, jjakji has what it takes to take out a number of ace players in GSTL. So if conditions are perfect, it's theoretically possible for NSH to win a match. Just unlikely on any given night.
This 2013 HoSeo team might already be the worst GSTL team of all-time. Thinking about it, the only real teams that match them in futility is We're-Not-Dead-But-We're-Actually-Deader-Than-Dead Slayers and the TSL team that was Polt and a bunch of random nobodies after Alive, JYP, Killer, Clide and everyone said fuck you to Coach Park.
Oh, and Fnatic was pretty bad too the season before they killed their Korean division, basically relying on two slumping Koreans and the infamous J to carry them to losses.

ByuL did okay iirc :/
Yeah, Byul did well. They're weren't bad their first season, but then the rumors hit that Fnatic was closing the Korean division and they didn't seem to care their last season.
that's sick to hear about byun's laddering.. well I saw that pic with idra raging at him for picking on zergs.. but that's cool how he streams too.. might check it out!
Oh my god, feedbacks, good storms, good positioning, multi-pronged zealot harass, I should have never doubted someone cool enough to name himself Madbull!!

what? byun is in a horrendous spot :O
Only because he is stupid enough to let himself be harrassed by Zealots walking into his base over and over and over again ... instead of simply building a bunker and putting in a Marauder and some Marines to prevent that. He has the sensor tower to notice it and still doesnt do anything about it ...

This cast isn't biased at all. "Madbull needs to do a 2 base timing for a chance to win the game," or "Byun has such great late game." They should really listen to themselves talk while they're watching the game.

Before this game everyone would think byun is by far better, it's not wrong to talk like that. It's not being biast.

It shouldn't be portrayed as an even game though. An honest cast doesn't sound stupid. NSH was underestimated.

is this a Khaldor summoning rite?
You called?
Khaldor would make the worst horror movie villain
no suspense, just shows up and kills the plucky band of highschoolers the second they say his name once in a mirror
that was some terrible battle evaluation by khaldor, byun was crushing , anyway this map just seems too hard for terran if it gets to the late game, no way to deal with warp ins coming from everywhere.

he should of been checking for proxy pylons and also just make 1 bunker with neosteel frame or w/e it's called at each exposed base and your gold

Madbull had over 20 gateways. As soon as he started to lose units, he was warping in 40+ supply and rallying them to the front. Byun beat wave 1, but he wasn't winning the battles.

yea seems like a bad map for terran in tvp and tvz

Get ready for some more #sickmultitasking and #epicplays. Maru got no chance...if you know, he doesn't build a bunker and defend zealot warp-ins for twenty minutes straight, letting your opponent win even after taking terrible engagements and throwing away army after army when he shouldn't have.
Caster's need to credit Byun more Managing against those multipronged attacks/splitting portions of army correctly, managing vikigns, ghosts, and mmm all at the same time and macroing so well. I just think Byun played way too safe, and could've traded more towards the mid to late game to not let the protoss build such a huge resource pool. Madbull played really well though, pulling Byun apart into many different directions.

I think it's just particularly hard in tvp, lings aren't good vs planetaries and everything else can't materialize anywhere in a matter of seconds so it's much easier to defend far away bases.

MadBull bull was as consistent with zealot warp-ins as fOrGG was with hellbat drops in WCS EU in that Akilon Wastes TvT vs Bunny. Or ActionJesuz and six pooling.

he could build a PF....
Too advanced for Korean metagame.
I guess putting bunkers by your expansions would be something only seen on the North Korean server. They have the highest level of play

Tech and the fact that he goes for DTs should make it harder for Maru. He'll have a lack of mules because of scans and a lack of medivacs. MadBull has an easy way to the third too.

madbull played well, but the burden is heavy when defending a run by on your 4th while you have another delicate engagement knocking at your 3rd. In hindsight, Byun would have been much better off PF'ing that 4th or sim city'ing a bunker.
Madbull doing all the right things, but I'm not convinced. Serious lack of care by both Prime players. Innovation/Flash would not have made these mistakes.
Why no ravens? Already have starport with tech lab since he went banshees and he isn't in need of gas since he's going bio. They are so helpfel for observer sniping and to deal with those DTs. Missiles do so much damage to clumped up protoss death balls.
Wolf lol... enough with the bull jokes... "digging his hooves into the ground" "defending the charge instead of charging himself" "can he tame the bull" etc etc etc!!

Putting out 3 terran in a row is a mistake imo, it's obvious that Madbull prepared against Terran pretty heavily considering he does not have to prepare for anything else

When you're playing against Prime you prepare against Terran pretty heavily and just assume someone on your team can beat Creator.

They need a good zerg so bad it's not even funny Atleast before B4 could help

Because Prime has the most predictable, formulaic and least trusting line-up of all the teams. I think they'd rather lose 0-4 than let someone like Terror or Lucy over their Big 4.
