I just verified that my ISP is filtering Twitch.tv and other live streaming services. When I connect to any of them at high resolution for more than 5-10 minutes, my bandwidth is suddenly capped at ridicolously low throughputs... not just the live streams, everything. Wtf, this was not happening just a few weeks ago. ._.
