Btw, I wanna say that this example kind of debunks the whole "the viewership goes down when the foreigners are eliminated" story. And it's not just HotS, nor is it just Flash playing (I'd bet most people watching the stream right now haven't seen more than 10 Flash's games), though both of these do surely contribute - this "story" was misguided pretty much forever. MLG used to get a drop in viewership near the end of the tournament because it was post midnight in Europe and a lot of SC2 fans actually work Monday mornings. | ||
