he had a bad split at the end when the ultras came in, that was pretty much it. not much he could do there though except pre-producing more marauders.
I only saw the last 5 minutes though.

also when Sniper went for that attack at ByuN's 4th to kill the PF and ByuN tried to target fire his tanks on the banes I think he ran a bunch of his bio into the banes

It's too easy to defend drops on daybreak, hard for any decent zerg to not spot them, if any of those had truly gone unnoticed might be byun would've had a chance, either way, hots can't come any sooner.

He traded more then with exactly 10 drones, he killed a ton of zerglings and some banelings as well. You can say that the zerglings are expendable but larvae isn't.

I don't have a solid statistics, but I feel games where mass hellion (blue flame or not) run by kills many drones actually have lower win rate than other TvZ games. Sacrifice is often too great for the reward, but I could be wrong.

You need to kill around 2 drones for every hellion for it to be effective I think. So with 8 hellions, you need to kill 16.

which, in my opinion, happens less often than TvZ winrate today. Let's just say TvZ is 40%, then hellion run by "success" rate looks more like 30%. I feel Terran is better off not using that strategy, but that's just me.

the hellion play was definetely effective (forced multitudes of lings), the problem were the many drops that accomplished nothing, as they shouldn't in daybreak against any competent zerg.

The only real roflstomp we had this season in the up and downs was Creator. It was kind of hilarious in its own way though because the rest of the group was really close and everyone just got an autoloss getting shit on by Creator.

That's right. We don't have new good players anymore. Only players that were good a year ago are legitimate. New good players suck and if they were really "good" they would have won before they got good.

This is the best, most funny, most epic thing I've ever seen. This last season of GSL has truly been magical, all of it produced great games all around, the RO32, RO16, Quarterfinals, Semi-finals, Code A RO48, RO32 and RO24 + the Up & Downs have been absolutely incredible. I've never seen so many good games in one season, so much passion and soul poured into this game.
I can't think of a better send of for both the Mokdong studio but Wings of Liberty as well, thank you to Khaldor and Wolf for staying strong trough out all this, casting the games, but also living the moment and getting as excited as the rest of us!

No shame losing to Shine. Shine was a very decent player in BW, can't say the same for SC2.
It is Bisu who always didn't have enough fighting spirit.

I just realized that Sniper will probably drop out of GSL next season given that he hasn't practiced HotS as much and given that zerg is the weakest race in the expansion.

I'm not really a KeSPA elitist (I am a BW elitist though because in BW Reavers were the best units ever) but KeSPA *anti-anti-fans are almost as bad as people complaining about Terran being imbalanced in HotS (if they had the Fire Suppression System upgrade from the SP campaign, they'd be imbalanced but sadly they do not, so therefore they're totally not imbalanced).

(Seriously though, at this point I am interesting in ZvZ finals than a TvZ series that I've seen many many times already. I don't know why anyone is complaining about ZvZ that much. The Nestea + Losira finals was actually good. Had some amazing strategies too, like mass Overseers + Contaminate. The recent Curious vs Symbol had another good set of games, esp with the creep highway.)

Err anyway, the KeSPA transition didn't just bring the players, it also brought the OSL too. I welcome the KeSPA transition because that means there are two individual league tournaments (OSL and GSL).
I've always viewed GSL as too few for a premier South Korean SC tournament with so many good players (like San the ManZenith of course). With OSL and GSL, that means twice the amount of tournaments. (In BW, there was MSL and OSL and the GOMTV Classic for a 3 seasons.)
Hopefully that means return of San (since he did make it to the last OSL).
Anyway, since Rain was a KeSPA player who came out of no where, owned up hard (and he isn't TBLS), and since Bogus/Innovation is basically the "Rain of Terran" (doing the same as Rain except being Terran)... Does that mean Roro is the Rain of Zerg? Does that mean Roro is the next Zerg bonjwa?
(Ok Roro did require a second season of GSL participation before he started owning like Rain or Bogus but he's close.)
