I actually hardly ever see Vipers ever, on all the streams I watched. Are they really that bad? Their abilities seem pretty sick o_O At least just throwing a handful as supports into a lategame army can never hurt. | ||

I'm not expecting that there will be any useful winrates until fall... And that is pretty optimistic, after watching 2010 and 2011 WoL winrates... | ||
