Pretty much this. The infestor nerf wasn't bad enough to completely go back to muta but everybody thinks that they have to for some reason. Eh... Infestors aren't as cost efficient anymore. ITs melt away and they are only good for one fungal before getting sniped off due to their clunkyness and lowered range.

But, with the amount of talent this kid has, its possible he will be able to prepare.
The thing is there's no protoss in Code S with super rock solid PvT. MC/Squirtle/Parting are decent - good at the matchup but each of them has a distinct weakness.

I wonder how he managed to get 2-0 DRG this time. He managed to lose after throwing the second game, and after not achieving anything with his mutas in G1.
but how can that happen, mutas are so good O.o

Well, actually DRG made a massive amount of mistakes:
Missing the medivac that flew over his lings. Attacking the same position again with ling-bane instead of teching. Messing up the second attack badly, sending in lings first, then muta and then a-moved banes. The drop where he move-commanded lings and 4 infestors to their deaths. Not sending units to defend the 5th base against a drop nor countering the creep clearing on the left because of another drop. Overextending with 5 (lol) broods. Did I miss anything?

Don't get why DongRaeGu didn't have overlords covering EVERY air path after he gets mutas out on the map. He lost so much to that one drop at his 4th. Because Innovation cleared them with vikings.

tastosis hyping bogus is fine, it just builds more hype and thus viewers for the RO8 :D

Okay... this actually makes for some interesting matches. that means after Taeja vs bomber, the winners play DRG.... epic. Normally I would want Bomber cu zhis macro, but DRG already trucked him. So I want to see how taeja fairs.
Edit: Seeker!!! I am so looking forward to Innovation's interview!

They say it all the time. Stop pretending like only one side has annoying fans.

On purpose to make DRG delusional about is ZvT skills and dismantle him easy in the ro16. GG

Amazing how that one mistake of losing a couple infestors at his base lost him them game. If we would have had those to support the broodlords it would have been a different story....well maybe. Bogus so good.

Go Bomber! I believe in you T_T don't lose

One Bo3 ago DRG was a ZvT god who was going to win the GSL. Credit the opponent for forcing mistakes. DRG wouldn't have made them against a lesser Terran (e.g. Bomber).

He's more comfortable with that style.
Yeah I don't think it was so much the fact that he forgot to make infestors - moreso the part where he mistook them for banelings and derped them into that drop.
