Well stephano refused to get any defense vs drops, would he have done that i think he would have won.

Hack spawns in the top right
DongRaeGu spawns in the bottom left

Sorry I'm having a multitude of internet problems today
First 5 minutes: Hack is on 2 base with a 3rd CC building
DRG still on 2 base

DRG vs Hack
Hack may be able to take this, although DRG must've trained alot.
Hack defeated DRG in the Ro24 of Code A to qualify for this Code S Season.

If Hack wins, Stephano will face DRG in the Loser's Match and this might end up like the faceroll at Iron Squid II.
I'm hoping DRG takes this and Stephano rematches Innovation and does alot better..

That was Noblesse who beat DRG in ro24. DRG beat Hack 2 days ago at the semi finals of IPL6 International qualifiers 2-0.

Like I noted above, the entry on Hack's Liquipage stated that he defeated DRG in the Ro24 of Code A.
This is wrong.
When looking at the brackets of Ro24 of Code A it's clear he beat Jeadong and Noblesse beat DRG.

It's unwarranted yes.

But why do you say Bogus is the toughest opponent for him? o-O Game 1 was awesome yes... but think about the other players in Code S.

I would imagine, Soulkey, Life, Leenock, and DRG would be harder.

It seemed like it, but to be honest Stephano could've seen most of the drops much earlier with basic overlord placement. Bogus did lose pretty much every fight and only his drops set him in a good position. What if the drops failed like they do usually? It's speculation but i feel like it wasn't only Bogus who played good but also Stephano doing some mistakes, which made Bogus look godlike.

Also, i think most Zergs would've been harder opponents for Stephano. He's not doing very well in ZvZ lately.

so cut the guy some slack, any zerg in the world can literally drop a series in Code S 0-2 but i guarantee they won't face the judgement stephano would :/

ok game 1 he got outplayed, game 2 he got hit by unscouted cheese, this happens literally to every player, DRG got raped by Flash's tank only build, Taeja got owned by Rain's storm drops, Rain got raped by leenock's cheese etc etc. world's best players get "bopped" like this every week, but since it's the best foreigner now, the thread is full of retardation, it's kind of expected

lol barracks expand is now considered cheese xD It's called a timing attack smart one.

double factory blue flame helion hiding the helions? yeah he could have scouted better. but this is the same cheesy strat as a zerg losing to 2 stargate, or anyone losing to dark templar due to lack of detection, etc. it it gets scouted ur in a bad position, if it doesn't, you auto win. it's by no means domination

So anything that isn't the norm is cheese now? It's called a timing attack. People did them all the time in BW. 2 Proxy Rax is cheese. 4 Pool is cheese. Barracks + Expand into 3 Factory is not cheese. It's a timing attack.

i'm not saying it's not a legit win, ofc it is. but it isn't a real showcase of skill. think how much outplayed you feel when you die to a hidden tech you have no counter against... everybody defines cheese a little differently, for me 2-3 factory blue flame helion is cheesy

I'm wondering, how much extra hellion did the third factory gives in total, I think the reaction from stephano was pretty decent actually, I guess it might have been enough to defend the 2 factory BFH build, clever (but risky build, because stephano often goes for 1-1 roach) from Bogus.

Everyone knows Terrans are favoured heavily in most matchups right now, not much Stephano could do to best the inherent advantage Innovation had.

Yeah and everyone knows Bogus is just a patch terran definitely didn't deserve the win. + Show Spoiler +

Yes. It is the standard 1 rax FE into 2 fac quad hellions. He also skipped the bunker. I think it straight up dies to a 7-8 roach rush.

3 fact.

Well, it was 2 fac quad hellions into 3 fac blue flame.
