Probably the latter. Nah you can't say he's rusty after how he dismantled Nestea. I'm glad he played Nestea first that way we can throw the "Taeja rusty" excuse out the window. Taeja played great! He was just outclassed in those last two games. if taeja plays great (meaning he plays to his full potential) then I think only Life is good enough to actually make him look like a noob. That's where I disagree. I really think you vastly under-estimate the Kespa players progression. Besides that Taeja has never ever beaten Rain. Taeja and Rain have played 3 matches (two bo3, one PL match), all of them after the summer of Taeja where Taeja only played inconsistently to his full potential. I don't want to take anything away from Soulkey, or Rain, but in my honest opinion, Taeja, if playing as good as he can, would be the second best player in sc2 after Life. but he can't, so he probably isn't at the moment. Possibly, but there are too many unknowns and "ifs" - if Mvp is playing his best + is healthy he is better than Taeja

Time will tell ^.^ yea, it all depends on Taeja recovering from his wristinjuries. though I don't care if he loses as long as he delivers awesome games (which he usually does) :D

His macro is great, it's his unit control that is horrible today. All-ins need the opposite. His creep spread was bad. He didn't have enough larvae to make lings to defend the 3rd. The zerg should not lose his 3rd when he makes that BL push.

He did good at the beginning (first two years) but mechanically there are just a lot more players that have caught up.
