yeah it is actually relatively easy, he only had these 2 units and the medivac (with which he was dancing some)
banshee shots also fly in slowly compared to roaches, which are the usual enemy of immortals

nonsense, banshees have higher attack speed than roaches

which doesn't mean their attacks fly faster, right? immortals have low attack speed but their damage point is instant and their back swing very long (in dota terms)

which is irrelevant, what matters is the interval between the shots not how fast the shots fly.

the interval the attack flys is the time you have to dodge the shot

it's a basic algorithm, you don't lift the unit when the roach has already shot as that would be too late, you lift it shortly before it completes it's attack animation and the interval for that is always the same, from attack to attack it's 2 seconds, for banshees it's 1.25 or something like that, so the interval is almost 2x shorter.

If that is mechanically correct i accept the feat, i would be very surprised if they changed it from wc3 to sc2 though
1a shot is made of
2forwardswing (before the shot gets fired)
3release point of projectile
4backswing (which you can cancel,) and projectile flying (happening at the same time but not for the same time)
5damage point

if you lift before 3 and then drop back again, the animation is canceled and instantly starts at 1, effectively not helping you much

why do you have such difficulty understanding that it's a basic algorithm and the only thing that matters is the interval? Once you have the right timing figured out it doesn't change at all, the only difference is that the interval for roaches is 2 seconds whereas the interval for banshees is 1.25 seconds (consistently as in it doesn't change at all), so you have to be almost twice as fast. It would be easier for me to explain it in german but I hope you get what I mean now.

i do not have difficulties understanding that you need to lift every x seconds, depending on attack speed, that is obvious
what i am saying is the window for some units is smaller than for others, be it frames or seconds

and in my opinion clicking at the right time is harder than clicking fast (up to a certain point of course)
