honestly I was never impressed with his TvZ. Just feels like he's ridiculously greedy without the cerebral aspect of Flash, Bomber or MVP to get away with it consistently. Pretty good if he manages to get rolling though. It's why Symbol 3-0'd him last Iron Squid before the queen patch.


his unpunished greed along with his amazing micro allowed him to win. he never really showed an amazing understanding of the matchup like some other terrans did

Back in the days when Nestea was dominating, he would rarely do stuff like this. I don't remember him baneling busting a lot, that was July's thing. But then Terrans weren't doing 3 CC double engineering bay builds. And when they started to do those 3 CC openings is when Nestea's ZvT results really began to get worse and worse, because he really needs a macro lead to win with the cost inefficient heavy-baneling muta style he plays. Seems like his play lately focuses more on countering Terran macro, either by all ins, or by those creep tricks to delay/deny the 3rd for a long time.

MKP's main problem isn't his greed, it's that he doesn't scout at all. He could hold those all ins even with his greed if he knew they were coming, so could prepare better for them. He said once in a gsl interview he would scout more since he kept losing to all ins. Sadly, he didn't keep his word and not even dimaga 6 pooling him 3 games in a row teaches him to scout. MKP would win GSL if he ever became scouting king prime. It's the main thing holding him back, but he's just too damn stubborn to scout.
