You can at least check whether the program actually crashed in the Windows logs. I assume the tech guy did that. I think there also oftentimes admin guys standing behind the monitors to check whether something like that happens (and you can't just simply ALT-F4 to exit the game). | ||

Alt+F4 quits the game, doesn't give you a disconnect. You'd have to have some sort of software to manually kill the StarCraft process with a hotkey to mimic a StarCraft crash. | ||
