No. But 3 saturated base Zerg > 3 unsaturated base Terran. So Zerg can use that timing to take a four.

well, overall the results are ok, they shall all play HoTs so it does not matter much for me who shall be in code S this year. Hope to see some really nice changes with the expansion arrival, and finally some credibility to SC2 future.

because if the terran wants to he can prevent the Zerg from ever holding a 4th so the Zerg has to 3 base all-in

Well, compare to Abyssal, whirlwind, vestige... Antiga is better for Terran. People think Antiga is so good for Terran because a lot of terrans pick it when they get map choice. But this is done because most of the other maps are bad for Terran.
