Mvp tries to land his natural CC but HerO applies some pressure with gateway units and the phoenix, lifting Mvp's tanks. Mvp is falling behind in supply, and HerO gets a forge and twilight back at home, research blink and +1 armor. HerO researches storm and blinks into Mvp's main with phoenixes for vision, picking off combat shield. Another blink in gets marauder shells and combat shield again. Supply is even but HerO's tech and map control are much better. Mvp tries to take a third behind his tanks, and HerO tries to deny but backs away until charge finishes. Ghost academy begins at the same time as collosus bay, but Mvp's upgrades are well behind. Some excellent storms win HerO a skirmish near Mvp's natural. Mvp kites well and marauder flanks drive HerO back. Mvp is doing well to stay in the game with higher supply. Some excellent EMPs and poor army splitting from HerO allows Mvp to win a skirmish in the middle, and HerO has to cancel his fourth. Mvp is now 40 supply ahead but his tech is a bit behind. There's quite a lot of action all over the map with drops and engagements in the middle, and Mvp maintains his supply lead. Mvp charges down HerO before HerO's 3/3 could finish. Storms and collosi hold off for a while and Mvp has to back off as he's low on medivacs and 3/3 finishes. I missed a bit of action since I was afk, but HerO takes the game. It was a pretty intense game overall, worth a watch | ||

MVP had one chance to critically strike and Hero held. I think people are overreacting to him losing the fight. He wasn't supposed to. edit. Hero had a couple sloppy moments but overall I loved his plan from Phoenix to Blink to Storm to Colossus. | ||
