I am very surprised DRG got beat by Noblesse, are we in that phase of the old guards (MKP, DRG, MC) slumping again?

I haven't been that impressed with DRG for quite a while even if he got some decent results at a couple of tourneys. At least in comparison with how good he used to look compared to his opponents. Whether he has just stopped improving at the rate of others, or he's slacking off, i dunno. MKP still plays at a high level, even if he looks more sloppy than he used to. two Ro8's in a row isn't it?

edit- above post confirms that

I dono but MKP's play is like, really really sloppy lately....he got really lucky that his opponents played even more sloppily than him

Very happy to see Noblesse on the way up again. I get fond memories of like, the early Open Seasons or whatever when I hear his name.

I always remember how he got 2-0d by traffic in the super tournament

I feel like I'm the only one who's not surprised at Jaedong not stomping everyone. His performance towards the end of BW was rapidly declining.

The problem is that JD is still approximately 9,52 times more skilled than Hack. But you know, SC2.

like i said two years ago: JD will never do extremly well in sc2 but terran or protoss bw stars probably will because zerg is landed.. it is why ZvZ is so boring now and there is no joy.. i loved zvz now i can't stand it but TvT and PvP are great.. only bw Z players lost what they had, that muta micro <3 infestors, roaches etc can't replace it and i doubt JD will ever play at big stages (i hope im wrong) but flash probably will, fantasy will, jangbi will, bisu maybe will

i was driving down the road this november eve and spotted a hitchhiker walking down the street. i pulled over and saw that it was only a tree. i uprooted it and put it in my trunk. do trees like marshmallow peeps? cause that's all i have and will have.

hahaha have to laught at this. This sound like an excuse of losers to me. Just except that Jaedong and many BW players are just not as good as you think they are. Everyone is the same? I can't even compare Jaedong's skill in SC2 to Leenock. Leenock is just miles ahead of Jaedong and he happened to win a lot of championships. So, I'm pretty sure that SC2 takes skill but Jaedong just lacks it. It's always so freaking funny when some fanboy said that these top BW players are naturally gifted at RTS games. Where da fuck they got that from? As far as i know they only showed a great talent in BW. I know this may be hard to accept but it's just a truth.

I love how great game 2 of Noblesse and DRG was...and how TERRIBLE Khaldor and Wolf make the game sound. Wolf is sooooo anti-climactic. Khaldor was sucking DRG's balls the entire game, and Noblesse was playing brilliantly. I have to mute every Code A game now because they ALWAYS talk down 1 player and make the game seem like it's always boring.

DRG could have won if he used his 3000gas to max on ultras instead of lings, rofl, instead of building 300/200 ultras he built 300/0 lings even when he had tons of gas
