Heart with MVP, Head a close victory for FXO, 5-3 or 5-4. Unstable or Boss might have to correct me on this, but I remember that a while ago FXO would decide their picks by inhouse ranking tournaments. Would explain why the picks change so much.
for online leagues yea, but in this particular instance, the best may be a... sacraficial lamb of sorts to see whats happening. pretty sure mvp thought the same with vampire

That might be true, but the mainstays of FXO are Leenock and GuMiho, with Tear being close behind, doing well in teamleagues but has nothing of value in individual leagues.
They have 3 people who are almost for sure gonna come out.
Then who else is there? They have a bunch of Code B players and some older players who haven't done anything in over year, then theres Lucky who was in Code S but has fallen out of GSL a long time ago.
I think TheBest is a fine opening player. I do think GuMiho is one of the best openers, he has no weak matchup and there is players who you can say is better than him, but there is not the player GuMiho cannot defeat on a good day.

Yeah but TheBest is known as a sniper. He's the guy who practices really hard in a particular matchup, then comes out to take one win against the unprepared opponent. Sending him out first... well, it's like putting your trained sniper on the front lines with a machine gun! But it could work, so we'll see what happens in a few days time :3

We' ve got a new patch, so strange things can happen.
|
I'm interested to see how the patch changes the strength of each team, I would say FXO benefits more from it.
I believe this is the first premier league games we're going to see on it, before the NASL finals, and of course proleague.
edit: scratch that, Proleague starts earlier in the evening before this.
I hope FXO can take back to back seasons, GUMIHO ALL KILL 2.0?

I hope FXO can take back to back seasons, GUMIHO ALL KILL 2.0? But this time to make it even more exciting, its a REVERSE All-Kill

A valid analysis, but I think you place too much emphasis on code S/A/B there are many players who are code B who are very strong players in their own right and can take a game of code S players on any day so be careful about getting caught out by that

Yeah, I mean until recently Yonghwa was Code B >_>
Also, Tear is Code B and probably the best player on a ESF team not in the GSL.

I am not impressed with Sniper's ZvT and DRG seems to only be solid (for code S) in the MU.
If Gumiho got past DRG I could see an all-kill yeah

completely 50-50 this match, impossible to call.
FXO; If Leenock and Gumiho play as well as we have seen, either one of them can all kill MVP; If Sniper/Monster/Tails get in a rythem and win a few sets, they can all kill as well.
Comes down to who can hold their nerves the most. Both teams going for no2 GSTL championship as well.

Pretty sure DRG won't be the ace.
