From page 85 and onwards anyone contributing to a gender discussion will face moderation.
I feel the need to remind people that balance commentary and complaints are not acceptable posts in LR topics due to the fact that they will derail any tournament topic that it is left unchecked in. If you participate in it you will be moderated.
It should also be clear that any SC2 vs LoL debates have no place in this thread. |

Will the open brackets be played in full before the first group match starts, or will the lucky few have to "catch up" like at DH?

There are no groups, and no open bracket.
Main Event Format
72-player double-elimination bracket

ipl is most prestigious sc2 event, excluding the gsl and bwc.

72 players??!
How on earth am I going to simulate that shit. Stick to standard formats, ffs.

Last sc2 overdose of the year and then we can rest peacefully.

Incredibly pumped for this. I enjoyed Dreamhack Winter so much, it's gonna fuel my love for this game for a long long long time. The player pool is ridiculous. Pretty much every one of these koreans (at least) deserves a championship. I hope HerO can use his momentum to show another great result!

Rent 4-8 amazon EC2 instances and distribute lol Ha, computational power is not a problem (or I should say time is not a problem), I just didn't feel like programming yet another bracket that I'll use just once.
I guess it's time I wrote some kind of generalized bracket format where I can do crazy stuff like this not-a-power-of-2 stuff.
